We’re American Eagle Foundation and we travel the nation educating the public on bald eagles. We reached out to ask Dawn and Jeff if we could rent their space while traveling to Houston for the Houston Astros Opening Season game. We prefer to stay at Airbnb locations since it allows us the opportunity to give our birds and our team the best environment. This Airbnb was absolutely lovely and had a beautiful outdoor space for fresh air and vitamin D! The kitchen was fully stocked which provided our team with the ability to cook meals and relax during our down time. The beds were very comfortable with crisp, clean linens. Our eagle, Lincoln was super relaxed on his perch and felt right at home! We would 100% recommend staying with Dawn and Jeff and we already plan on booking them again when we are back in the area! ❤️🦅❤️

We had such a wonderful stay! My family and I spent a couple of days here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The home was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had such a calming atmosphere that made it easy to relax right away.
The kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the space, which made the trip even more special for us. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.
We truly appreciated the experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would love to come back again in the future!

We stayed at this amazing Airbnb and absolutely loved it! We enjoyed the lakefront view from the pool and the shaded patio with fans, where we could BBQ and hang out while watching our kids swim all day. We also had so much fun exploring the area on the pedal boat. The hosts were amazing, and we’ll definitely be booking this place again with family and friends!

Dawn and Jeff are amazing hosts. They made sure we felt welcome when we first booked. Home is spacious, and we really enjoyed the games that were provided. The views are one of a kind and breathtaking. 10/10

We had a great time in Houston, mostly because we had an exceptional stay at Dawn and Jeff's place! Home is in a great location, with tons of fun amenities to keep us entertained. Location is great, with everything close by. Will definitely come back again!

Stayed here with the family and it worked out perfectly. The house is huge, so everyone had their own space and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kids loved the popcorn bar, and the hot tub was a great way to wind down at night. Dawn and Jeff were super responsive and made the whole process easy. It was a really great home base for our Houston trip!

Thank you Dawn and Jeff for all of your assistance on such short notice and accommodating ADA/elderly assistance. Both you and your home exceeded our expectations with cute coffee cups (major points), local area food recs, and comfortable, clean living and sleeping areas (as pictured). Would highly recommend and if I get a chance to come back, I will! I can’t speak highly enough about the both of you.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house truly felt brand new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to relax, and the layout worked perfectly for a family stay. The coffee bar was a nice touch, and the kids loved the popcorn bar, great to enjoy while we all relaxed after a day out exploring the city. The location was also very convenient for us as well as it is near downtown and other spots around Houston. The host was fantastic throughout our stay, very responsive, proactive, and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a great home for a family trip, and we would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Houston.

The house was great! It has a really nice view, it was clean, was set up really well, had more things like laundry detergent, cooking spices, etc. than I expected and Dawn and Jeff were very responsive and supportive. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was gorgeous, even more beautiful in person than we expected. Everyone in our group loved it and kept commenting on how perfect it was.
We think it's so cool that the backyard connects directly to a beautiful lake, and the views were stunning, especially in the morning and evening.
The spa/hot tub was also a highlight, it’s really big and perfect for relaxing as a group.
Dawn and Jeff were super responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless and stress free from start to finish.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.
